gency 95 is a production company founded by Adam Garber and Will Chilton.
Adam and Will met on Cinco de Mayo, 2017 on a shoot with President Obama in DC. It was Will's first time working with The President, and he was foolish enough to suggest The President do a retake. The President declined — the take was good! Will was mortified that he crossed The President, and once the shoot wrapped he apologized profusely to Adam — their first real conversation! Adam was not impressed... but he'd seen this kind of thing play out before. So he decided to give Will another shot.
